-Responsible for setting up Europe technical support operation system and making relevant documents.
-Responsible for building the European technical support team and ensure the normal operation of the team.
-Responsible for the preparation and planning of the construction of the European technical support center, as well as the project follow-up and final acceptance.
-Responsible for planning and following up the technical support to ensure the technical capacity of several European countries.
-According to business needs, arrange visits to regional/service centers in several European countries to understand the front-line work situation and pain points.
-Organize and analyze European technical operation regularly, and organize internal and external communication and report work .
-Select key regions/service centers to carry out targeted technical rectification and capacity improvement actions.
- Other technical operation related work.
-Bachelor degree or above, proficient in spoken and written English, able to communicate in English without barrier.
-At least 5 years experience in after sales technical support or operation.
-Familiar with automotive products, in-depth understanding of after-sales operation process and specification.
-New energy vehicle related maintenance and diagnosis experience is preferred.
-Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software.
-Good communication, coordination and project management skills
-Good ability to work under pressure and learning.
-Self-motivated, team player and self-challenging.
